MILAN, ITALY. I did not really know with which city I should start but I decided to go for Milan because I've just been there last month.

So lets start. You can reach Milan easily via plane, train and even via car, but if you go there by car be careful and take care of the "zona traffico limitato" (see more about it here), this can get really expensive!

Some general facts: Milan is the second largest city of Italy with a population of 1.3 million, is the main industrial, commercial and financial centre of Italy and it seems like no one talks English. This makes it really hard to communicate but lucky us, the guys in the hotel at least spoke a bit German. Talking about the hotel: There are a lot of hotels near Milan's center that are affordable and even if you are not that central, it is no problem because the subway ticket is only 7,50€ per day.
I definitely recommend visiting "Parco Sempione", it is so relaxing! Moreover you should go to ALDO they have amazing shoes and stunning jewellery

The best ice cream I ever ate! We went there everyday!

Castello Sforza

Parco Sempione- definitfly my favourite place in Milan! It is kind of a relaxing oasis in the city.

Love, Valerie
